October 22, 2015. This was my dream tonight or I was not sure if I dreamed it while I was about to wake up.
The Dream.
I was in a hotel sitting on its spacious balcony not facing the view which was a beach. I was doing something on my laptop. It was summer in Australia. Everybody was wearing as little clothes as possible.
My friend, Rose, was sitting just a little farther behind me reading something.
I did not immediately realized or was ignoring the fact that it was getting cold or I just thought it was normal until I felt the urge to turn my eyes towards the sea. To my surprise, I saw a massive wall of water rushing perpendicularly to where I was standing. I was on the top level of the hotel so I could see the length and height of the wave below.
I saw people in another hotel and the beach, people who were about to be hit by that big wall of water. And it hit! I saw people got thrown to the sea. From nowhere, I saw a surfer very near us riding the waves but got off-balanced. He was engulfed by the water.
It was a disaster under a most beautiful summer sun.
Rose and I were in shock! We immediately phoned her husband, Norman. In my mind, I was thinking of my family back in the Philippines who must now were worried sick after probably hearing the news.
It was a very weird dream.
I think this was my first time dreaming of a tsunami. I don't know its meaning. Can someone tell me? And what was Rose doing in Sydney? I mean it's very unlikely of her to just jump on a train and go off flying somewhere...
