5 Simple Workouts to Flatten Your Belly

    80 Jumping Jacks
Jumping Jack is performed by jumping to a position with the legs spread wide and the hands touching overhead, sometimes in a clap, and then returning to a position with the feet together and the arms at the sides.

This is a full body workout which elevates your heart rate. This makes you breathe more deeply which gets oxygen to your bloodstream and to your muscles. This exercise burns fat at rapid rate, energizes and sharpens your mind.





100 Crunches
You can either do basic crunch or double crunch. Basic crunch is done by lying on the floor, knees bend, feet on the floor, hands behind your head,  and rising or bending your body up in a curling position then slowly lying down again to repeat the method. Double crunch is done the same way but the feet are raised up with your knees at a 90 degrees angle.

Crunches are a great exercise for toning your tummy muscles. What more, you don’t need equipment to perform this.






60 Squats
These are squats minus the lifts. Just plain sitting-like position and rising up and repeating the process for as many numbers as you like. This is a great full body exercise which tones your backside, your abs and your entire body. This is also very simple to do.







70 Leg Lifts
There are different types of leg lifts which you can perform. Leg lifts are very good to flatten your belly. One type of leg lift is the side leg lift.  It is done by lying sideways and resting your head on your hand above your elbow. You keep your other arm in front of you while you slowly lift your top leg as high at it can go and then gently lowering this. Repeat this process 20 times on one side and another 20 times on the reverse side.








Another type of leg lift is done by lifting one leg up as high as it will or up to the level of your elbow at the side opposite to your raised leg. Do this, reversing to the other leg and the other elbow.





Another type is by lying flat on your floor and raising both legs up just a little bit until you feel a little pressure on your tummy. You do a scissor-like movement with your legs. 





10-minute Jogging
Jogging is very helpful to burn fat; maintain a healthy weight, build strong bones, strong muscles, tone those legs, and abs. Jogging also helps improve mental fitness. Jogging helps release feel-good hormones, the endorphin, which gives you upbeat mood. Jogging will help you feeling happy the whole day.





You may want to execute these exercises in any order as long as you complete the numbers or you can follow them as the ones listed here. Prepare your drinking water. Do this in a space where you can breathe more air since you are going to be getting so worked up, breathing heavily and sweating.
